Rapport Shown in Rainforest Adventure, Stress Relieved Amid Mountains and Waters
The first stop of this team building journey was Qingyuan Bijia Mountain Ecological Scenic Area, a national AAA-level scenic spot. This original ecological destination, only 7 kilometers away from the urban area, is well known for Qiangu Stream exploration and the magnificent Jiuchong Waterfall. Trekking along the 3.5-kilometer valley stream, team members worked closely together to challenge adventure projects such as floating bridges and iron cable bridges, encouraged each other at the “Leap the Milky Way” checkpoint, and supported one another while climbing the steep sky ladder.
The 208-meter-high Jiuchong Waterfall cascaded like a silver ribbon. With cool mist brushing against their faces, the hustle and bustle of the city was replaced by the sound of flowing water and birdsong in the forest. Everyone paused to take photos and enjoy the healing atmosphere of this natural oxygen bar. “We usually work side by side in the workshop, and today we tackled challenges together in the mountains and rivers. I feel much closer to my colleagues,” said Master Li from the engineering department with a smile.
As dusk fell, the aroma of barbecue slowly spread throughout the campsite. Everyone naturally divided the work: some grilled skewers and prepared sauces, while others arranged food and drinks. Warm smiles glowed under the charcoal fire. Conversations flowed from technical challenges at work to interesting stories from daily life, with laughter drifting through the night air.
When the bonfire was finally lit, all employees joined hands in a circle and danced to the music, bringing the atmosphere to a joyful climax. The evening not only relaxed the body and mind, but also strengthened mutual understanding and trust among colleagues.
This team building activity allowed employees to forge rapport during the natural adventure and deepen friendships around the bonfire. Employees expressed that they would bring this spirit of unity and cooperation back to their work, and devote more enthusiasm to the R&D and production of high-quality custom heating elements.
